Story
A 35 year-old woman believes her late husband is reincarnated in a 10 year-old boy.

Nicole was nominated for Best Actress in a Drama for Birth for the Golden Globes 2005.

Birth premiered at the 61st Venice Film Festival, Venice, Italy on the 8th September 2004 with some controversy regarding the content where some journalists booed during the pre-screening. However other journalists hushed them and were impressed with the film. The film opened to mainly excellent reviews.
Birth was in competition but sadly did not win.

Birth also premiered in France the next day at the Deauville Film Festival.
